Sharon Kunde is a writer, teacher, and mother grappling with the realities of earth breakdown. After teaching at the secondary level in Albania, Mongolia, New York, and Los Angeles, she earned a PhD in English at the University of California, Irvine. Currently an ACLS Emerging Voices Fellow at Duke University, she lives in Chapel Hill, North Carolina.
